TipityPuzzle is operated by Tipity Labs. It is a free, browser-based tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate custom word search and crossword puzzles from any topic you enter. The Service is provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued at any time without notice. No account or payment is required to use the Service.

Puzzles are generated by an AI model and may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results. AI-generated clues and word lists are provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. Tipity Labs makes no warranty as to the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You use the output at your own discretion.
TipityPuzzle is funded by display advertising. By using the Service, you agree to the display of ads. Ad blockers may impact service quality. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
All code, design, branding, and non-AI content of TipityPuzzle are owned by Tipity Labs. AI-generated puzzle content (word lists, clues, grids) is made available to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may print puzzles for personal or classroom use. You may not resell or redistribute AI-generated puzzle content at scale without written permission from Tipity Labs.
The Service relies on third-party providers including Anthropic (AI generation) and CleanMedia / SecureAdDisplay (advertising). Your use of these embedded services is also subject to their respective terms of service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TIPITY LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIPITY LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or abuse of the AI generation endpoint.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of TipityPuzzle after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will update the Effective Date at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
